GETTING STARTED
Our program is EASY to get started. Follow the steps below to register for the Intake/orientation that is required prior to starting one of the meeting sessions. We are currently running a Circuit-wide video attendance program.
We are here to assist if necessary, but registration is as easy as following the steps.
YOU START HERE:

By registering for your initial intake evaluation & orientation meeting. We do these intakes several times per week around the 4 county area. You have to register and pay for this intake evaluation prior to scheduling.

You will be connected to our "course website" where you will sign up online by creating a username & password and pay the $80 with a credit or debit card. (The $80 covers the mandatory evaluation, orientation session and course materials fee. This counts as your first 2 weeks of attendance.)

ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS. See program terms below.

YOU ARE MAKING PROGRESS ALREADY!!!
REGISTER & PAY FOR INTAKE EVALUATION AND ORIENTATION
STEP #2:

Attend the Intake Evaluation & Orientation Session that you scheduled with our office.  Plan on about 90-120 minutes. This is a PRIVATE session, no children, spouses, or friends will be allowed.

FAILURE TO ATTEND A SCHEDULED SESSION, FOR ANY REASON, FORFEITS YOUR INTAKE/EVALUATION FEE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF YOU MISS YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

Once this step is completed, we will place you into one of our in-person or the online video conference program, you will then be able to start attending group sessions. Go to our CALENDAR to see times/dates/locations of the sessions that we offer.

When your Intake/Evaluation is complete, you will receive a notarized letter that you are "officially" registered into our program. This letter is proof to the court, probation/parole and other entities that are requiring your attendance in the program. This is your ORIGINAL, do not lose it.
STEP #3:

Start attending & participating in the group sessions. (See our program terms below.)

Currently we are running a circuit-wide video conference program on a weekly basis. Thursday evening sessions last from 7:00pm until 8:15pm. It is important that you are on time, and ready to participate. Weekend sessions when offered will be on a custom schedule.

YOU MUST ATTEND ALL SESSIONS!
PAYMENT IS EXPECTED PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH SESSION.

FAILURE TO ATTEND ALL SCHEDULED SESSIONS WILL RESULT IN BEING DROPPED FROM THE PROGRAM. SEATING IS LIMITED. BEING IN JAIL IS THE ONLY ACCEPTED REASON FOR NOT ATTENDING ORIENTATION OR GROUP SESSION.

All sales are final. If you are dropped from the program there is NO CREDIT given for time attended or monies paid. This results in you starting over.
STEP #4:

Upon completion of all your required sessions, you will be awarded a program completion certificate. This certificate is evidence of your program completion. This program is a BIG commitment in both time, effort, and financial obligation. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to meet all of the requirements to complete the program, including doing the assigned homework exercises.

We wish you the best of luck in your relationship future.
PROGRAM TERMS:

1. All sales final. This means that there are NO REFUNDS for any monies paid for our services. We reserve the right to change this policy on a case by case basis, but are under no obligation to do so.

2. You must attend ALL SCHEDULED SESSIONS. If you fail, for any reason, to attend all scheduled sessions, you will be removed from the program. All time and monies paid for previous attendance will be lost. If you decide to re-enroll into the program, you will be required to start over on both time and money due. The ONLY acceptible absence from our program is being in jail. You must present proof that you were in custody during the meeting session.

3. You are expected, but not required, to participate in program sessions. If you choose to simply attend and not participate, that is your option. Our hope is that you find the program helpful and useful in your everyday life.

4. Upon completion of ALL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS you will receive a certificate that confirms completion. This original & only copy is for you to duplicate and give copies to all entities that required your attendance to the Batterer Intervention Program.
